Open Doorway uses machine learning models trained on macroeconomic data (FRED), historical property transactions, market trends, demographic data (World Bank), and licensed market data sources. Our models produce 12/36/60-month forecasts with documented confidence intervals (P10–P90 ranges) rather than single-point guesses.

How accurate are the forecasts?

The Model Accuracy Report covers directional accuracy and error for each covered market, including quarters where the model fails to beat its naive baseline.
