1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using Open Doorway AI services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you are using the platform on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that entity. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use our services. We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time, with continued use constituting acceptance of changes.
2. Account Registration
You must provide accurate and complete information during registration. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activities under your account. Accounts are non-transferable. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms or engage in suspicious activity. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized access.
3. Acceptable Use
You may use Open Doorway for lawful purposes only. Prohibited activities include scraping or harvesting data without authorization, attempting to bypass rate limits or security measures, using the platform to facilitate fraud or money laundering, redistributing proprietary analytics without a license, and engaging in any activity that could harm platform integrity or other users.
4. Intellectual Property
All platform content, algorithms, models, and interfaces are owned by Open Doorway AI or its licensors. Your subscription grants a limited, non-exclusive, revocable license to access and use the services. You retain ownership of data you upload. By using the platform, you grant us a license to process your data solely to provide and improve services.
5. Limitation of Liability
Open Doorway AI provides property analytics and market intelligence as informational tools. Our valuations and predictions are not financial advice. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Open Doorway AI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform. Our total liability shall not exceed the fees paid by you in the twelve months preceding the claim.
6. Termination
Either party may terminate this agreement. Upon termination, your access to the platform ceases immediately. We may retain your data for up to 90 days to facilitate account export, after which it will be deleted. Sections regarding intellectual property, limitation of liability, and governing law survive termination. Outstanding fees remain payable upon termination.
7. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association in San Francisco, California. Each party bears its own costs. Class action waiver: you agree to resolve disputes on an individual basis and waive any right to participate in class actions.
8. No Refund Policy
All subscription fees paid to Open Doorway AI Inc. are non-refundable. This includes, but is not limited to, Starter ($25,000/yr), Professional ($99,000/yr), and Enterprise (custom) plans.
By subscribing to Open Doorway, you acknowledge and agree that no refunds will be issued for any reason, including but not limited to: account termination, service interruption, dissatisfaction with features or data accuracy, or changes in subscription tier.
All sales are final. Open Doorway AI Inc. reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time without prior notice or liability. No refunds, credits, or prorated billing will be provided for unused portions of any subscription period.
9. Disclaimer of Warranties
Open Doorway AI provides property valuations, market analytics, and investment insights for informational purposes only. All data, forecasts, and projections are generated by AI models and should not be construed as professional financial, investment, or legal advice. Past performance does not guarantee future results. Property values can fluctuate and may decrease. Users should consult qualified professionals before making investment decisions. Open Doorway AI Inc. shall not be held liable for any losses incurred based on platform data. The platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied.
