After creating your account, navigate to Settings > API Keys. Click "Generate New Key" to create a key pair. The secret key is shown once — copy it immediately. You can create up to 5 active keys per account.

Free tier accounts get 100 requests per minute. Pro accounts get 1,000 per minute. Enterprise plans have custom limits. Rate limit headers are included in every API response.

Our Valuation Engine v3 achieves 94.6% accuracy within 5% of transaction price. Confidence intervals are provided with every valuation. Accuracy varies by market maturity and data availability.

Yes. Export portfolios, property lists, and reports as CSV or JSON from the dashboard. The API also supports bulk data exports. All exports include full data fields and are available within 24 hours for large datasets.

Go to Settings > Billing > Manage Subscription. Click "Cancel Plan" to stop auto-renewal. You retain access until the end of your current billing period. No refund for partial months, but you can export all data before cancellation.
