API Documentation
Overview
The Open Doorway API provides programmatic access to property valuations, market analytics, and portfolio intelligence. All endpoints return JSON and require authentication via JWT Bearer tokens. The API follows RESTful conventions with consistent resource-oriented URLs.
Base URL
https://api.opendoorway.ai/v2Authentication
Include your JWT token in the Authorization header:
Authorization: Bearer eyJhbGciOiJIUzI1NiIs...Obtain tokens via the POST /auth/token endpoint using your API key and secret.
Rate Limits
Free tier: 100 requests/minute. Pro tier: 1,000 requests/minute. Enterprise: custom. Rate limit headers are included in every response: X-RateLimit-Limit, X-RateLimit-Remaining, X-RateLimit-Reset.
Endpoints
GET /properties
Search and filter properties by location, type, price range, and custom attributes. Returns paginated results with market summaries.
GET /valuations
AI-powered property valuations using comparable sales, market trends, and neighborhood analytics. Accepts property ID or address.
GET /markets
Regional market analytics including price trends, inventory levels, days on market, and forecast data across global markets.
POST /portfolios
Create or update investment portfolios. Track performance, risk metrics, and diversification across property holdings.
